Information submitted through contact forms is used to respond to your inquiry and maintain relevant business records. It is not combined with anonymous assessment evidence.
The Organizational Capacity Assessment runs in your browser. Individual question responses are not transmitted or stored. If you explicitly choose to contribute anonymous evidence, Senger Advisory receives assessment lifecycle events, the six aggregate domain scores, the overall index and interpretation band, optional organizational context, and any accuracy rating or written feedback you choose to provide.
Each participating assessment is assigned a random session identifier so related anonymous events can be evaluated together. The evidence submission does not request your name, email address, organization name, or contact details. Assessment and scoring version numbers are retained so results can be interpreted against the method that produced them.
This evidence is used to evaluate completion patterns, improve questions and scoring hypotheses, and assess whether results reflect organizational experience. Event-level evidence is reviewed at least annually and deleted no later than 24 months after receipt unless it has already been converted into aggregate, de-identified research summaries.
If you choose to save an assessment result, your browser encrypts the aggregate profile before it is stored. You may add follow-up assessments, optional material-change context, private operating-outcome snapshots, and private Constraint Action Cycles to that encrypted profile. Action cycles may include a constraint hypothesis, commitment, evidence to watch, review date, status, and review note. Senger Advisory receives and stores only the encrypted envelope, not the profile contents, individual question responses, recovery secret, or encryption key. Saving or comparing results does not enroll you in assessment evidence collection and is not combined with contact information.
The complete recovery link is required to open, renew, rotate, or delete the saved profile. Anyone with that link can access the profile. Senger Advisory cannot decrypt a saved profile, recover a lost link, or restore access after the link is rotated or the profile is deleted.
Encrypted profiles expire 12 months after they are saved or most recently renewed. You can delete a saved profile immediately from its recovery page. Because the service is designed without identity or account recovery, retain the link only in a secure location you control.
Longitudinal evidence participation is optional and requires a separate, explicit agreement from the private profile. If you participate, Senger Advisory receives a minimized, pseudonymous research copy of versioned aggregate assessments, categorical organizational context, operating-outcome observations, change categories, and timestamps. Contributions occur only when you choose to submit the current research copy.
Longitudinal evidence does not include the private recovery link or key, private profile and record identifiers, individual assessment answers, action-cycle hypotheses, commitments or review notes, other private notes, name, email address, or organization name. A separate random research subject identifier links contributions over time and cannot open the encrypted private profile.
You can withdraw from the private profile. Withdrawal stops future participation and deletes event-level longitudinal records associated with the research subject identifier. A minimized deletion receipt may remain for up to 90 days to verify completion. Aggregate, de-identified summaries created before withdrawal cannot be reversed. Event-level longitudinal evidence is otherwise deleted no later than 24 months after receipt.
Senger Advisory does not sell personal information or anonymous assessment evidence. Reasonable technical controls are used to protect submitted information. This policy may be updated as the website and its services evolve.
